同意（Consent）と撤回（Opt-out）
- 初回起動時のチュートリアルで同意を求めます。ユーザーが「同意しない」選択をした場合、Analytics と Crashlytics の収集は無効になります。
- 後から設定を変更するには：アプリ内の「設定」→「送信する（Send usage stats）」トグルをオフにしてください。オフにすると、アプリは Firebase Analytics の収集を無効化し、Crashlytics の収集も停止するようにしています（即時反映されますが、すでに送信済みのデータの削除は Firebase 側のポリシーに従います）。
